One thing I love about Easter brunch is that it leaves room for just about any spring dish. Some years, I keep things classic with brunch favorites like a spring frittata or a stack of lemon ricotta pancakes (my favorite!). Other years, I mix in savory staples like deviled eggs and honey-baked ham. It’s the kind of brunch where you can bring together all your favorite Easter recipes on one table. So if you’re in the middle of planning, I hope this list of brunch recipes gives you plenty of inspiration.
