Mujadara is a beloved Middle Eastern dish, that is traditionally made with rice. It is savoured in various countries, including Lebanon. We used bulgur grain instead of rice, which is also often used as a substitute. This delightful creation harmoniously blends earthy bulgur wheat with lentils and caramelized onions. While the lentils are traditionally cooked from scratch, we’ve expedited the process by utilizing pre-cooked lentils. To infuse a touch of freshness, we serve it alongside a delightful mint and yogurt sauce.
