Sikil (tomato) Pak (pumpkin seed) is a traditional Mayan dish from the Yucatan region of Mexico. It has an earthy taste from the toasted pumpkin seeds but also has fresh tomatoes and some spice from the habanero peppers. This dip has a ton of flavour and is delicious when served with some crispy tortilla chips, but it can also be used as a topping on tacos and veggies!
